Everything is delicious and fresh, and the hygiene is impeccable, right down to the very spacious and comfortable restrooms. It's remarkable.

12/05/2026: There were four of us, and everyone was very happy with their meal. They even offered some great wine recommendations for the wine drinkers. The atmosphere was very pleasant, with lots of locals around 🙏🏼 I was hoping for a good burger, but unfortunately, they weren't serving it that day. Instead, I had the Pavé de bœuf flambé au poivre – highly recommended if you're looking for good, tasty meat 😋

12/05/2026: A wonderful experience for our family at this Parisian restaurant. We were so happy to finally find a good, authentic restaurant during our family weekend trip to see the Eiffel Tower. We thoroughly enjoyed the meat, especially my Salers beef with burnt thyme.

22/03/2026: We came once by chance, once on a match night and then again on a quieter evening. Both times everything was perfect: the food, the welcome, and the service! A special mention for the waiter's thoughtful touches. We'll definitely be back.

05/05/2026: We went for lunch before the game. The service was terrible; the waiter made no effort to understand or assist us. He brought us two pizzas when we had only ordered one. Even so, they left them and we had to pay for them. We felt ripped off, and although it might have been a misunderstanding, he was quite rude. The pizzas were good, but the pasta we ordered was bland: a carbonara made with cream and a pasta with a cheese sauce that was also cream. Not recommended at all.

15/04/2026: The place is very nice but incredibly noisy; it's a shame it echoes so much. The food is good; the main courses and desserts were delicious. However, the drinks service is lacking. I received my cocktail after my main course, and we were served glasses of wine at the end of dessert. It's a shame, as the bar seemed overwhelmed. Our waitress, on the other hand, was incredible! I don't know how she managed that entire area on her own with large tables. She was incredibly friendly and efficient from beginning to end, which made up for the delays with the drinks. I don't understand how, in an establishment like this, they don't invest more in service staff. The four stars for service are, of course, to commend our waitress.

15/04/2026: Upstairs, the wind chilled us and the neighboring tables were steaming, and it was impossible to close the roof. A heater was brought in for us. We had an absolutely charming and attentive waiter, but we waited over 20 minutes for a steak tartare and a salad 😔 The salmon tartare was tasteless, while the salad was very good. The extra potatoes were complimentary. The dining room was very noisy. A disappointing experience. The setting is pleasant and the decor is lovely. It's a shame the quality is so inconsistent.

13/05/2026: All three of us were very annoyed by the "sharing dish" concept, which was STRONGLY recommended to us. We were told that the dishes weren't very generous, which is true..., but that it was therefore "interesting" (for whom 🤨) to order two. In fact, this new "sharing dish" concept significantly increased the bill.

28/04/2026: Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy Marius's food. It's probably our fault; this type of restaurant isn't for us. The setting is beautiful and the wine list is excellent.

25/04/2026: Solemar is honestly the best Lebanese restaurant I’ve tried in Paris. The food tastes truly homemade, fresh, generous, and full of authentic Lebanese flavors. Every dish is well prepared, from the mezze to the grilled dishes, and you can really feel the quality of the ingredients. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is professional and friendly. A perfect place for anyone looking for real Lebanese cuisine in Paris. Highly recommended!

14/04/2026: I came this evening with my daughter, who was discovering Lebanese cuisine for the first time. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully prepared and exquisite dishes. The service was also excellent. A wonderful place that I highly recommend.
