We came on Tuesday evening, on the recommendation of the neighboring hotel. Unfortunately, the service wasn't up to par: the waiters were overwhelmed, the organization needed improvement, and we sometimes had to ask for things several times (especially bread). It's a shame, because the food was really very good and the price was quite reasonable. With better-organized service, the experience would have been much better.

One of our friends from CA is a friend of the owner and recommended Bistrot 31 to us. We had an amazing experience. The service was excellent; the food was over the top; and we loved the neighborhoody ambiance in the restaurant. Definitely try the Thai beef dish, the tomato tart and the pasta with morel mushrooms. And they serve all tables with the most amazing fries, luscious mashed potatoes and salad, gratis! We were so glad to dine here.We will be back!!! PS. Thank you for the aperitif, David!

29/09/2026: very delicious food. We came here TWICE. The owner greeted us very warmly. The curry soup was delicious along with the bread we got. The pasta salad was very freshh and delicious. Very affordable lunch to grab when visiting paris
