A wonderful evening and an exceptional welcome from the entire team, with a special mention to the owner, Jean-Luc Rabanel, who brought a warm and genuinely convivial touch to the restaurant's atmosphere. Incredible dishes, with authentic flavors that awakened the tastes and memories of our childhood… a true return to our roots and the flavors of yesteryear. A visit to the bistronomy restaurant for lunch. We discovered the "market fresh" menu. Simple ingredients prepared with excellence, and incredible sauces that perfectly complemented the produce. The service was top-notch, provided by a head waiter who knew his cuisine and wine cellar inside and out. As a bonus, the chef himself came to check on his guests. Very good. We'll definitely be back to explore the full gastronomic offerings.

The service was delightful. The lamb was delicious. Their chef, I'm not revealing anything new by saying he's among the best in the world, but he was kind enough to come and greet us and introduce himself at our table. A truly unique experience.
