Bistrot Basque sur Caen

The food is delicious and the portions are (very) generous. The welcome is warm, with good advice.

Excellent restaurant, especially the superb grilled cod – definitely not to be missed!

A wonderful time, with an excellent meal. A warm welcome and a very pleasant atmosphere. The service was also very friendly. Delicious foie gras, sweetbreads that were simply perfect... Succulent dishes... We will gladly return to this restaurant.

We had a wonderful time; the service was excellent, with a special mention for Hugo, our waiter, who was incredibly friendly and kind. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely top-notch! A fantastic place! The service is truly wonderful, warm, and attentive. The food is excellent, with flavorful and generous portions. And to top it all off, the atmosphere is the perfect finishing touch: friendly, festive, and full of character. A top-notch experience from start to finish! I highly recommend it, and I will definitely be back.

Dinner with friends last night, very good food

The food is good, except for the desserts, they're a disaster; the waiters need to be replaced or trained.

I've been coming here several times, it's very good, excellent.

A lovely, well-maintained place for a relaxing lunch or dinner. Both meat and fish dishes are carefully prepared and traditional. Good value for money. They also speak Italian, and the menu is translated.
