Bistrot Coco sur Strasbourg

16/12/2024: We were very excited when they were able to fit us in last minute. We spent $83.10 euros between my partner and I; this included 2 drinks, 2 appetizers, and 2 entrees. Which for the quality of the meal, I think it was well worth the splurge. I ordered the Riesling with an onion tart and the chicken entree. All of which were fantastic! The chicken came with a delicious cheese sauce. My partner ordered the beer/picon, escargot and jambonneau. The crust on the jamonneau was so dang good. I tried to take nibble whenever he’d let me 🤣. Personally, not a fan of escargot but this was far better than the last time I tried it. Overall, we had a great time! Got to mingle with the group of locals sat next to us - bit of a language barrier but laughing is a universal language.

11/12/2024: El lugar es pequeño, las mesas se aprietan una contra otra, el volumen es alto y la comida es tan clásica alsaciana como se pone. Al igual que los verdaderos bouchons en Lyon o los pequeños bougnat bistrots en París, o amas u odias estos lugares... Nos encantan y nos lo pasamos genial.
