We were in town for a family weekend. One of our lunch breaks took us to Bistrot de Flandre. We were seated very comfortably; the upholstered banquettes delighted the children. The table was meticulously set, from the white tablecloth to the spotless glassware. The staff were both efficient and discreet. The variety and quality of the dishes were impressive, from appetizer to dessert, and everyone left making sure to note the address of this bistro, which undoubtedly deserves its stars, both for the quality of the food and the reasonable price. So, well done to Bistrot de Flandre!

We regularly go to Bistro des Flandres and we're never disappointed.
The cuisine is always refined, expertly prepared, and beautifully presented. Each dish is carefully crafted, and the flavors are always exceptional.
I particularly loved the salmon verrine as a starter, which was incredibly fresh and perfectly balanced, as well as the chocolate fondant for dessert, which was simply delicious and flawlessly executed.
The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, ideal for enjoying a relaxing meal. The setting is warm and inviting, and the servers are lovely, attentive, and professional.
An address we wholeheartedly recommend and where we always return with pleasure!

I was here for a corporate dinner and had a very nice experience.
A starter of champagne and tartare, in the photo, following a cod fish with a delicate sauce, and at the end a chocolate tarte and a coffee.
Everything was tasting well to me, the service was fast and prompt, the place itself is nice and we've found parking easily. I cannot say anything about the price będzie because I didn't pay in this corporate dinner. Likely to come back here while again in Compiègne.

A very good restaurant in the Compiègne region if you want to eat very well. The products are always very good, the presentation is simple but refined, the portions seem small at first glance but are ultimately perfect every time, never left with anything left over and never wanting more. The service is pleasant and fast. Always smiling and friendly. I'll come back for a good time in front of a very good meal.

We had a great time at this restaurant; however, I was very disappointed by the main course, a tartare, whose presentation left something to be desired. I felt like the tartare had simply been "thrown" onto my plate, without any particular care. I even had to redo the presentation myself a bit before eating it (I've attached two before and after photos).
It's a shame, especially given the price of the dish and the presentation of the other dishes, which were superb. I hope this point can be improved, because the rest of the meal was truly very good.
