A wonderful discovery. After sharing a platter of sardines with an aperitif (a small saucer and a bit more toast would have been appreciated), we thoroughly enjoyed the Angus beef hanger steak served with fries, salad, and our choice of sauce. We appreciated being asked if we were satisfied during our meal. Another positive point: the staff were friendly and welcoming.

We're not from the area, but it was recommended to us. Nice place, good food, and the young woman who served us was perfect. Prices were reasonable, about average. The only slight downside was that it was quite noisy because the place was full, but that's not the bistro's fault. Very satisfied, and we've noted the address in case we come back.

If you're looking for a place to eat well and enjoy a lively atmosphere, Bistro de la Halle is the place for you! Seated right in front of the bar, I was treated to a veritable live concert of clinking glasses, but honestly, it was perfectly bearable. As for the food, well… hats off! My andouillette was so good I almost asked the chef for an autograph. And the tarte Tatin? Absolutely divine. The kind of dessert that makes you reflect on your life, your choices, and why you don't eat it more often. Special mention to the funny little moment of the meal: the waitress (a middle school intern) spilled a glass. But that's part of the training! A little practice, a touch of clumsiness, and a lot of goodwill. Honestly, it added to the charm of the experience. In short: excellent meal, vibrant atmosphere, and motivated staff. I'll be back, without hesitation!
