I came for lunch today for Easter and had a wonderful time. The welcome was perfect, the service very pleasant, and the generous portions did not disappoint. A reliable place where customers are well taken care of, even on busy days. Thank you to the whole team!

We arrived without a reservation and were quickly seated. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the ingredients is excellent! From appetizers to desserts, we weren't disappointed (despite our rather high standards 😉). I wholeheartedly recommend it if you're in the area! PS: A wide selection of wines is available by the bottle or glass.

A wonderful discovery! A warm welcome, super friendly service, a very professional and smiling waitress, a perfectly prepared salmon gravlax, a superb andouillette sausage, and an extra-large rum baba with plenty of syrup. Definitely worth repeating! 👍

10/05/2026: A real gem in the heart of Fontainebleau. Le Franklin nails what you want from a French restaurant — proper, delicious cooking with a menu that actually gives you choices. Everything we tried was excellent, the location couldn't be better for a stroll afterward. We'll be back.
05/05/2026: We discovered this charming restaurant as a family of five in the evening and tried several dishes to sample a little bit of everything. It was impossible to leave without leaving a glowing review. The service was quick and very pleasant, with a very friendly waiter and waitress. The food was incredibly delicious! And the speed of service was perfect. I've rarely eaten such tender meat. I highly recommend this restaurant!

21/04/2026: I had to queue for about 10 minutes, this bakery seems to be a victim of its own success, but if you have the time to wait, it's really worth it!
