Le Chaplin sur Fontainebleau

A very good place in Fontainebleau to enjoy a hamburger. They are quite well stocked and the portions of fries are generous.

An institution. The sandwiches have been the same since I was a teenager, so for about 25 years. (Obelisk/Bebelisk etc.) It was THE place to go after movies or during long lunch breaks at school. The portions are generous without being exorbitant, and the waitress/owner is always so friendly and accommodating. In short, thank you for being there all this time ;)

So happy to have been able to return to this place I loved so much during my teenage years. Nothing has changed in 20 years: the quality of the service, the taste of the burgers, and the friendliness of the waitress. Everything is still as authentic as ever, so a big thank you for what you do.

I just had a delicious ice cream and a drink, so I can't comment on the food. However, the service was excellent; the two waitresses were very attentive. We were even able to stay on the terrace after closing time. A big thank you!

One of the best fast food places, I went there several times during my high school years and was never disappointed!

Honestly, the prices are more than reasonable, and the service is friendly. I had a burger meal for about €8.

Fantastic welcome! We came with a group of people with disabilities, and the place was perfectly suited to them. The manager took the time to answer all our questions on the phone, and then her mother greeted us with the utmost kindness! I highly recommend it; the burgers are very generous and very affordable!
