We didnt have the opportunity to reserve but they still went further then necessary to make space for us (while being very busy), really nice people and food was delicious!

This is now the third time that I have come for lunch at the Bistrot des Ducs and I am never disappointed!!! Very good address in every sense of the word!! Friendly & professional staff. Excellent cuisine. Good quality of products. For my part, I opted for the foie gras as a starter, a delight! As a main course, I had the knife-cut steak tartare accompanied by homemade fries with a good béarnaise sauce. Tatin-style banana financier for dessert, original & very good! Correct quality ratio given the quality of the products. The 5 stars are well deserved. In short, I highly recommend this bistro. NB: Reservation required. A very good restaurant, which also provides blankets for people who eat on the terrace when it's cold. Very good meal. A pleasure to have been there.

What a hell of a surprise! I wondered why all the guides specified that you absolutely had to book, now I know. I would even say that you have to do it several days in advance if you want to book for the weekend. From the aperitif (Angevin Spritz) to the dessert, including the starter, the main course and the wines, everything is excellent. And what about the presentation of the dishes, impeccable, and the welcome of the staff, very professional and good advice. Above all, don't change anything. We will come back without hesitation during our next visit to Angers.

Traditional restaurant well located in the heart of the city and pedestrian streets. The menu and menu allows you to have a good choice. The quality/price ratio is correct. The wine list is not very extensive with mainly quality regional products. The cuisine is neat and homemade, in short a good address.
