A delicious tasting menu with a wide variety of flavors. A real treat! We come every year, and this is the first time we've spent so much time at the table; the meal lasted three hours, which was a shame.

Brunch and Spa Very disappointed by the brunch and especially by the hot dishes. First course: boiled potatoes with their skins on and greasy sausages. Second course: boiled rice and Lidl meatballs. Starters: not even a mixed salad, a smoked salmon pizza and sliced ​​smoked salmon with cold cuts. For those who don't like salmon, boiled eggs!!! The salmon was very good, thankfully. Two kinds of cheap cheeses and a few small frozen cakes. Crepes to make yourself. A shame because the spa is very pleasant, although for 70 euros per person you have to bring a bathrobe, towel, and sandals. I won't be going back.

08/03/2026: I've never eaten at Seiglière, so I can't give my opinion. However, I did sit there one day for a drink after a bike ride. There were two of us in that situation. Since no one had come to see us after almost fifteen minutes, I left.
