A real treat for the taste buds

We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant where the food delighted our taste buds. The three-course menu (starter, main, dessert) is €38. Frankly, not excessive for the quality of the dishes. The perfect egg with chanterelles and the beef ravioli with consommé left us with a lovely memory. The service was impeccable and the setting pleasant. We were able to enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning stove, ideal for creating a cozy atmosphere with the snow falling. Thank you for this lovely evening.

What a pleasure it was to share a Sunday lunch with my family at the Auberge des Seiglières. The cuisine, already of high quality this summer, has truly reached a new level. Always grounded in excellent local produce, the chef and his team offer dishes crafted with precision: the flavors are bold, the sauces exquisitely prepared, and the overall experience reflects a genuine step up in quality. In the kitchen, they strive to combine flavors and textures while showcasing the quality of the ingredients. For example, the chicken ballotine with crayfish was a true delight: a dish inspired by the traditional recipe for the famous chicken with crayfish, revisited with a modern and light touch, while retaining its distinctive flavors. The meal concluded with superb desserts, created by a promising young pastry chef. This young team, led by the chef, is passionate about cooking. In the dining room, the service is efficient, understated, and friendly, perfectly complementing the experience. This is definitely a place worth a visit, and we look forward to returning. 🍽️✨

A place worth discovering!! Superb dining room, attentive service, and what can I say about the food... refined, sophisticated, creative, a true delight

I've never eaten at Seiglière, so I can't give my opinion. However, I did sit there one day for a drink after a bike ride. There were two of us in that situation. Since no one had come to see us after almost fifteen minutes, I left.

Excellent! The dishes are sophisticated and offer wonderful flavor combinations. Furthermore, the dining room is beautifully decorated and the atmosphere is pleasant.
