While staying in Paris with our cousins, we stopped at this "Bistrot des Vosges." It's near the Bastille and the Place des Vosges. The storefront caught our eye, offering specialties from Aveyron. Coming from the south of the Hérault region, we know Aveyron well! The atmosphere was great, the service impeccable, and the waitress very friendly. As for the food...yum! :) You have to go and try it! We shared a charcuterie board for three of us, and I had a galette bistrot and a good beer to quench our thirst. We had a lovely time at this bistro. If you're ever in the area, stop by; you won't be disappointed!

I visited on the recommendation of my tour guide, and every dish was satisfying. The onion soup and the sausage with potatoes and garlic sauce... seriously, they were insane ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ so delicious! The servers were all friendly as well. The older server was gentle, and another one was handsome... hehehe. By far the best meal I had during my trip to Paris.

This was our first meal in Paris and boy we were not disappointed. We had heard great things about this bistro and we’re excited to dine in there. The onion soup is legendary. Everything was wonderful and our server, Aymeric, was helpful, suggesting different options and very patient with us. We had the meal of a lifetime, absolutely delicious. From our escargot and onion soup to our sorbet, tres bien! Merci beaucoup!

Excellent service, very nice ambiance, great food and wine. There were four of us, we ate different food, everything was good, recommended. Nicely balanced menu, something for everyone, moderate prices. Excellent choice for a classic French lunch.

Le Moulin de la galette

07/05/2026: A wonderful place, full of history and memories. As a regular visitor, I often go there; the team is fantastic and professional. My only slight disappointment was the absence of Othmann, which was noticeable during my last visit. He usually takes care of us with professionalism and kindness, and I hope to see him again very soon.
05/05/2026: Delicious onion soup—my first ever, and it was a hit. The waiter was very attentive.
