Fabulous food and rapid happy professional service all overseen by the lady owner with great English, a marvellous manner with everyone and a terrific sense of humour. Very highly recommended!

Be sure to book ahead, the restaurant is very popular… and for good reason! A warm welcome, delicious and flavorful dishes, attentive service: everything is there for a wonderful experience.

Fantastic welcome, the food is excellent, with great ingredients – the icing on the cake! Superb, very friendly staff who go the extra mile, even for a €15.50 per person menu – no difference, which is rare these days.

We're not from the area, but after reading a positive review on Google, I called to ask if it was possible to dine there. The owner put me on hold, and I overheard her berating a waitress for salt and pepper placed too close to a customer. After reconnecting, she told me to come in, saying she was replenishing the order as needed.
We went in, and we ate very well; the service was friendly.
During the meal, I observed and heard the owner making very harsh remarks to a young waitress. I found it inappropriate to do that in front of everyone. My condolences to her; I felt sorry for her.
Despite this, I recommend this restaurant.

We came on a Sunday lunch before flying back from Poitiers. We hadn’t booked a table but the lady of the house found us a good spot for our family of four. The food was excellent and the service efficient and attentive but not overwhelming. Exactly as it should be. Everything was well presented, fresh and delicious. Particularly recommend the beef tartare and the profiteroles.

Everything was perfect, from the organization—kudos to the owner for her team management and her keen eye for detail in ensuring customer satisfaction. Kudos to the very professional waiters and waitresses. And kudos to the chef; everything was delicious from appetizer to dessert.
In short, I highly recommend it. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
