My husband and I had visited this restaurant years ago while on vacation, and we were really looking forward to returning and reliving those fond memories. Unfortunately, our experience started off on a disappointing note. We were waiting in the lounge for our dinner table to be ready, but the hostess never came to let us know when our table was available. After waiting, we eventually walked over to ask about our table ourselves. There was then an uncomfortable misunderstanding. The hostess assumed I was leaving the restaurant with a glass and a bottle of Pellegrino and immediately told me that I could not do that. I explained the situation, and although she acknowledged the misunderstanding, she rudely told me to wait there. The servers and food were excellent, and another server later apologized for the interaction. Unfortunately, the hostess never acknowledged the misunderstanding or offered an apology, which left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand that misunderstandings happen, but the way the situation was handled left a lasting negative impression. Despite the excellent food and service from the rest of the staff, I would not return.

I highly recommend this idyllic place. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, and their food is of excellent quality. 👌🏾

The staff at Helios Plage are incredibly nice and helpful!! Thanks to them, we really felt like the richest people on earth..😉 But the price for a sunbed was quite a shock.... last year in Nice at the beach the price was more reasonable..

Sometimes I sit on a beach and a sudden urge for the spritz misto washes over me. This is when i only go to helios plage because from the first day they made me the best aprerol/campari spritz in the area (i have to say french spritz making skills need improvement). On top of that the service is very genuine and attentive. I like a waiter with a good joke, i guess. Thank you & i am happily making this place my local Saturday midday spritz place x

It was a pleasure spend every day for two weeks our stay at this beach ☀️A big thanks to all the staff for have made it very good: Remy, Albert, Margot, Mitch always been welcoming, kind and attentive to details. Surely the best beach in Juan Les pins: clean, large spaces, good fresh kitchen and also the team of the beach guys was always kind and helpful, especially Sykam. I would never exchange this beach with any other and highly reccomand it! See you again 😊 Ilona
