Biz'tro sur Beaune

I recently had the opportunity to dine at the Biz'tro "Chic & Gourmand" restaurant and was delighted with my experience. The cuisine offered is of high quality, with tasty and well presented dishes. The ingredients are fresh and the flavors are there, each bite a real treat for the taste buds. The service in the restaurant is also impeccable, the staff are attentive, smiling and efficient. I was very well received and I appreciated the warm and friendly atmosphere that reigns in this place. I had an excellent time at the Biz'tro "Chic & Gourmand" restaurant and I highly recommend it to all lovers of good cuisine and good wines. This is an address not to be missed in Beaune for those who want to enjoy themselves and have a pleasant time in good company. See you soon

Great establishment, very good restaurant, excellent cuisine, the dishes are very well presented and above all very good. Top service, great knowledge of the dishes offered and their origins.

The welcome, the service, the setting and of course the dishes: everything was perfect! Don't change anything!

Gluttony and refinement are a successful balance. Bravo also for the quality of service. Don't hesitate.

Quite a nice time, service too long (apparently due to lack of staff), vintage errors on the wine list on the 2 bottles we chose. Good seasonal cuisine, not memorable, but the effort is there. It was nice, but it lacked a bit of relief for us to come back.

A place to discover without a doubt! The service is perfect (smile, professionalism), the dishes and desserts are excellent (even the burger from the children's menu is to die for). The wine list is very varied and allows for great discoveries throughout the meal. In the evening, on the terrace, the place is quite nice.

Came for dinner as a couple. Nice atmosphere. A fabulous, simple and refined meal. Quality service. I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed.

Le menu bourguignon en 4 services, hummmmm trop bon, très copieux, mais quand on pense ne plus rien pouvoir avaler, ce petit soufflet délicieux passe parfaitement ! Merci aux cuisiniers et serveuses ! Rapport qualité prix totalement adapté !

Superbe première expérience: ravioles de foie gras à tomber, cromesquis excellents, nos plats principaux aussi parfaits, très bon conseils pour le vin, et service très sympa. Nous avons réservé pour le lendemain tellement nous étions conquis. Le lendemain on a réitéré avec les ravioles toujours délicieuses, puis nous avons pris une côte de bœuf, qui était cuite à la perfection selon notre souhait (bleue), cependant elle était extrêmement salée, dommage. Le geste commercial et la sympathie du service nous a vite fait oublié ce désagrément.
