Black Diamond Bar and Restaurant sur Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise

We had a wonderful week at Black Diamond. Communication with the owner was excellent and fast. We were two families (12 people in total) and stayed in the beautiful and charming apartments The Penthouse and Faisan. There was also plenty of room for everyone to eat together in the Faisan apartment. You can ski right up to the apartment, and in the morning, you can walk (a short hill) to the ski lift. Vicky & Dani were on-site, and we could reach them all week with any questions. At the end of the day, a quick text message and 45 minutes later the sauna was on. And after skiing, we enjoyed a relaxing bubble bath in the jacuzzi. The groceries were already there when we arrived on the first day (you can order them online at Super U in Bourg-Sainte-Maurice; pick-up costs €50). And every day they brought fresh bread, croissants, and cappuccinos. A real treat!

Had a fantastic stay here with my partner – highly recommend. Top-quality accommodation with stunning views, and brilliant concierge service from Dani and Vicky. I was in the spa most days (hot tubs and massages were a real treat!), and being able to ski right back to the terrace is such a bonus. Would definitely return!

What a superb stay in the presidential suite at the Black Diamond Lodge! The tasteful and cozy decor, the chalet atmosphere, the fireplace, the jacuzzi with its incredible mountain views! Everything was magnificent. We received a very warm welcome from Dany, who was available and attentive to all our requests. A special thank you to Vicky for her delicious tiramisu, prepared especially for my birthday ❤️ We'll definitely be back!

My partner and I stayed here last easter in the beautiful Presidential Suite - it was a dream! Lovely accommodation with amazing views, great weather to enjoy the outdoor hot tubs, and we even treated ourselves to massages in the spa. We had brilliant concierge service from Vicky and Dani and we really enjoyed being able to ski right in to the terrace. Rebooked again for this year as the snow is looking so good! I can't fault it here at Black Diamond.

An outstanding stay at Black Diamond Sainte Foy. We visited in mid January and everything exceeded expectations from the moment we arrived. The Chalet Apartment Faisan is stunning, modern, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. It felt luxurious but still homely, with plenty of space, great layout, and beautiful finishes throughout. After skiing, coming back to such a warm and relaxing apartment was a real highlight of the trip. The service was excellent, communication was clear and helpful, and the whole experience felt seamless. The location is perfect for enjoying Sainte Foy, which itself is a brilliant resort, quieter than the big names but with fantastic skiing and atmosphere. This is the kind of place that makes a holiday truly memorable. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend Black Diamond to anyone looking for a high quality, stress free ski escape.
