14/03/2026: A mountain restaurant in an authentic and elegant setting, the welcome is stiff.
As for the food, the menu is simple, the dishes are typical and local, well-prepared and tasty. The prices suggest a more gourmet experience.
However, this is home-style cooking with simple bistro-style dishes, "just like at home," without any innovation or attempt at original flavor combinations. No surprises in terms of taste, no added gastronomic value.
For example, the rib of beef: The weight is not given, the cut is not presented before cooking, the breed of beef is not indicated, and when the information is requested, the response was: "Uh, I think they're local cows... they're 'Charolette'..."
This neglect of the product clashes with the stuffy atmosphere of the service and especially the price: €140, advertised for three people, when the portion served is barely enough for two.
In short, a restaurant with gourmet airs and prices, serving food worthy of a good neighborhood bistro.
