Blend Café sur Pau

We were very well received and it was delicious!

A superb experience! I highly recommend this cafe for both the drinks and the food!

A very cozy setting where you can have a drink, eat something savory or sweet at any time (and that's really very convenient!). Good vibes at the bar. Thank you so much!

Everything is absolutely delicious and the service is top-notch.

A cozy and fresh spot, tastefully decorated, Blend lives up to its name, as the blend of flavors and textures is truly successful! Everything is perfectly balanced, with dishes and drinks that complement each other beautifully! It's clear that everything has been carefully planned, but ultimately, what you'll remember is the wonderful time spent and the incredibly enjoyable culinary experience! I'll definitely be back!!!

So happy! Being on a lactose-free, meat-free, AND gluten-free diet, it's already difficult to find a restaurant, so a restaurant that offers all of that AND vegetarian dishes with a ham option is fantastic because it allows all members of a family with diverse dietary needs to gather and have a lovely time together. I'm thrilled! The baja is delicious, the staff is warm, attentive, and full of suggestions to suit everyone. Plus, the atmosphere is relaxing and cozy—an excellent place! 🤩 Thank you! 🙏

super sweet staff, helpful and the food was yummy and light!

Perfect, very welcoming, we will be back.

Simply the best brunch in Pau, best value for money, best welcome, best service, best staff. It deserves a round of applause! 👏🏾

We had an excellent savoury breakfast at Blend last week, the best of our entire holiday in the Béarn! We both chose the avocado pancakes and what a feast they were - super-tasty and so generous we did not need lunch that day. Great value for money too! Thank you also for the very warm welcome. Our only regret is that we only discovered Blend on our last day in Pau :(
