It tastes similar to a Shake Shack burger! I ordered sweet potato fries in Western, Smash, and Signature. All three are delicious in different ways! The one with no likes or dislikes is Smash, the one that is creamy and has vegetables is Signature, and the one with unusual bread is Western. I ordered ketchup for the sauce, but mayonnaise would also go well. The staff is so friendly and speaks English well!!

It exceeded my expectations! I recommend the signature burger sweet potato fries haha. If you have weekday lunch, it's a set of fries and a drink for 5 euros.

Amazing smash burgers. The cheese combo is probably the best I’ve ever had. I had a double smash burger but the single would probably be enough. Edit: oh and the buns are insanely good. Also the meat is great.

After many dissapointing experiences with culinary disasters in Paris this small restaurant had the best food I've eaten in a long time during the travels around the country. Forget Michelin stars and enjoy the best burgers in France served by 2 beutiful people. Agate and Tristan I wish you 2 the best in this world and thanks to your friendly service this trip has been a bit more enjoyable. Traveling by bike isn't easy but I would travel for days to eat this again and so to anyone reading this wondering where they should eat, search no further Blend without a doubt is the place to go. I wish this place has great success and for more people to enjoy its masterpieces just like I once did.

Les Burgers sont très très bons les frites 🍟 aussi le service est très rapide le restaurant est très sympa très bon rapport qualité prix.
