An address to know and share without hesitation! The very promising young chef delighted us! Seasonal, local, colorful cuisine with a finesse that is hard to find elsewhere... The concept of discovering the major ingredients of dishes yourself is brilliant, rediscovery of our senses, room for a break from our crazy days, eating mindfully, taking the time to appreciate are the key words. A suspended and unforgettable moment to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary! We were amazed by the talent of the young chef at the helm of a high-end cuisine. Very graphic, colorful dishes with surprising and delicious flavor combinations. In addition, he was able to create a very innovative concept which allows guests to fully participate in the tasting. The chef sources his supplies from local producers and cooks according to the seasonality of the products, a big plus for us. The tasting takes place in a very cozy setting, as if we were at home. Attention from the restaurant management, which touched us. A real favorite! Number 1 on our list of Bordeaux restaurants

Quelle jolie découverte ! Rien de conventionnel ici. Cela commence par des échanges SMS surprenants mais sympathiques. Cela continue avec l'adresse, on est surpris de voir où est situé ce restaurant. Cela continue lorsque l'on se retrouve devant une porte fermée à clef. Il faut sonner... Et ensuite, surprise! La salle est très joliment décorée, les tables magnifiques. On est très bien installés et c'est top! L'accueil est très souriant, détendu, on est presque comme à la maison. Les plats servis dans de magnifiques assiettes s'enchaînent. C'est une agréable surprise à chaque fois. Et on se prend très vite au jeu de la découverte des ingrédients composant le plat. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée gustative. MERCI

Visited this restaurant on a Saturday night with a friend. From when I made the booking I knew it was going to be great. On arrival Isabelle greets you and you feel at home. The decor is simple and elegant. The food is top class and the cards where you choose 3 ingredients per dish add to the experience and really make you think about your food. You feel like the most important diner in the world in this restaurant. The chef, Julian, he is an amazing talent both in the kitchen and front of house. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough, if you are lucky enough to get a booking grab it with both hands and enjoy every minute of it. The very best of luck to this family with this venture. I am already looking forward to coming back
