A very good experience. The dishes are very flavorful and the atmosphere is intimate. I recommend ordering 3 or 4 courses per person. The only slight drawback: they don't all arrive at the same time, so don't be in a hurry.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Saint-Germain, and the decor is welcoming and tasteful. The food is consistently excellent, especially the ravioli and gyoza, and the service is pleasant. The noise level in the evening, however, somewhat detracts from the ambiance.

05/05/2026: Excellent udon. But you have to be patient because there's always a queue.
03/05/2026: No wait at all, I was served very quickly. It was crowded and not very spacious, so the atmosphere wasn't exactly relaxing, but the food was good and reasonably priced. When you have a dairy intolerance, restaurants like these are a lifesaver in a place like Paris.

02/04/2026: It's with immense sadness that we learned of the closure of this restaurant... We ate so well there, at unbeatable prices. Something that's become so rare these days. And we were always so warmly welcomed. Thank you for the wonderful and friendly moments we shared as a family in your restaurant ❤️
21/02/2026: Whether you choose to take away or eat in, Sakura Ramen has always been a reliable choice. The food is excellent and always satisfying. Now that I'm no longer in Paris, I miss this place.
