Au Pied De Mouton sur Paris

Our friend recommended this place and it did not disappoint but rather exceeded our expectations. If only we can give more than 5 stars. The food we ate was excellent and reasonably priced. The confit was soft, tender and mouth watering. Please send our compliments to the chef! The service rendered by Eduardo the waiter was amazing. The ambience was vibrant and you will know that the food is great since a lot of locals eat there. A rare hidden gem that one should try.

Short walk from the Rodin museum. Small, cozy restaurant that exudes “community”. Hotspot for locals eating lunch on-the-go. The food is authentic , honest , and comes in generous portions. The staff is very friendly. It was impressive given the small footprint. This was a great “experience” beyond just “lunch”, and I will definitely return. Note that it is very busy from 12-13:30. Restaurant is on a great street with bakeries, coffee, wine bars, etc.

We had a great time at Au Pied de Fouet! If you are looking for an authentic, non-touristy French bistro, this is the place. It’s small, cozy, and you truly feel the French vibe. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We tried the Duck Confit and the Steak (Selection du boucher) and both were delicious and high quality. The only minor letdown was the mashed potatoes—the portion was a bit small and it had some lumps, but it didn't ruin the meal. Overall, a gem of a place with very fair prices for Paris. Definitely recommend it if you want to eat like a local!

Charming Bistro with great atmosphere, and probably on eof the best price to quality ratios in the area.

I come back every time I’m in Paris, the first time more than 10 years ago. Still just perfect. Thank you for being great.

Lovely quirky restaurant with honest and comfort French food. Staff is very friendly. Looking forward to go back.
