Due to an oversight with my order, I went to another KFC and was helped by the manager (who is of Polynesian or Tahitian descent).
The service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. He immediately understood the situation, took responsibility, and found a solution respectfully and efficiently.
It truly makes a difference when you encounter a manager who is approachable, friendly, and customer-focused.
A huge thank you to him; he's exactly what you expect from a manager. I give him an excellent rating without hesitation.

I came to this restaurant and ordered a Zinger box sandwich; it had been a long time, a real treat, yum yum!
Just a minor complaint about the cheese sauce; the container is too small, but that's just a detail.

Practically table service.
Outlets available for charging laptops or phones.
I spent three hours there while my car was being serviced, enjoying food and drinks. It was very peaceful.

Traditional KFC menus, so no complaints there. The €5 meal deal was great. The problem? Always a wait, even when it's empty! The restaurant floor isn't very clean: customers are certainly responsible for this because they aren't respectful, but is there enough staff for cleaning as well as for serving in the dining room and at the drive-thru?
Otherwise, it's great to have a KFC in Vénissieux.

This was my very first time at this KFC. Being a senior citizen, I wasn't entirely sure what they offered, so I asked an employee named Aymane for help.
He was very kind and patient: he explained the menu to me and even asked if I had any allergies so I could avoid certain items.
The team then took care of the payment and served me in just 5 minutes.
The manager also came to help me, which was very reassuring and much appreciated.
Honestly, a very good experience. 5 stars, you definitely deserve them!
