The truffade is excellent. It's the owner's grandmother's recipe. A small, unpretentious restaurant, but what a pleasant surprise.

Nice little restaurant opposite the Royat casino. Despite the fact that the gentleman was alone, everything went well, a warm welcome, no wait, and good service. Flank steak in sauce for 20 euros. The dish was decent. Best to the owner.

Le Caz Brasserie - Casino de Royat

16/09/2026: Absolutely fantastic place. The cakes are delicious and there's something for everyone, although the lemon meringue cake remains my favorite. I also found the savory dishes very tasty, with an excellent balance of vegetables. And to top it all off, the service was friendly and attentive!
15/09/2026: I go there regularly and it's always the same: well-made products, good value for money, and an owner who takes the time to chat. If you're ever in Royat, don't hesitate to stop by Le Marquis!
