27/08/2026: Simply perfect! The fries were excellent, the drinks selection was great... ...and the burger... 😵. Truly everything was perfect: fresh, local ingredients, a pleasant atmosphere, and attentive, friendly service. The sauces were also very good, and the portions were generous enough for big eaters. We'll definitely be back!

06/09/2026: We received a very warm welcome, but the service overall was not up to the expected standard for an establishment of yours: the servers' uniforms were stained (wrinkled blouses). The water carafe arrived only after we had finished our meal, and there were missing plates at the main stations (even the dessert plates were too hot). The layout of the stations was poorly designed (the entrances were right at the entrance, creating significant congestion). There was too little space to move around. There were no pastries because they had all been sold at breakfast, so it wasn't a brunch but a buffet. However, the quality and variety of the dishes were quite satisfactory.

05/08/2026: During my first visit, I received an inappropriate comment from your reception staff, who asked me if I paid for cigarettes "in kind." I reported this incident, but apparently, no action was taken. Now my girlfriend is receiving inappropriate remarks from the same person. This behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and gives a very bad impression of your establishment.

02/08/2026: Honestly, it's not great in the evening. We won't be back. We come to play at the tables, and surprise, surprise, no more Hold'em poker... only Blackjack and Roulette. Frankly, even if there are fewer players than before, it's the heart of the casino... Otherwise, it's a real mess, a carnival. It's nice to have little live concerts... but please don't play them through the speakers. It's unpleasant and too loud when you're playing. The staff can be pleasant in the evening, especially the men (they sing behind you while you're gambling, which is really unpleasant; for that, there are karaoke bars and other bars). Basically, it's a carnival. In short, very disappointed 😞 😞 and I'm not even mentioning the dress code, which they don't respect. Jogging pants and Puma flip-flops with or without socks—come on, we're in a casino, aren't we? P.S.: When leaving a casino, even if the staff are chatting to pass the time, the least they could do is say good evening and wish you a good night.

24/07/2026: Lunch today, a unique and excellent beef tartare, as was the dish of the day ordered by my guests, lovely shaded terrace, perfect!

29/07/2026: What a special place to stay! The architecture, the design of the rooms, the lovely staff... all worth it. Of course the chance to try the restaurant should not be missed, it is absolutely superb. Stayed here twice now and will surely come back.

27/07/2026: A truly wonderful gastronomic experience. The cuisine is exquisitely refined, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The foie gras appetizer was simply divine, while the langoustine appetizer delighted us with its freshness. The veal was cooked to perfection. Its deliciously fragrant jus, enhanced with subtle hints of acidity, brought out all the flavors of the dish. A restaurant we wholeheartedly recommend!

25/08/2026: I've always received a very warm welcome, whether for takeout or dining in. The service is impeccable, and the staff are incredibly attentive. On my second visit, the ladies immediately remembered what I'd ordered the previous time and what I liked. The pastries are delicious, and the selection is particularly wide! The display case also features mouthwatering cakes... even during busy periods, I've always found them very welcoming. I highly recommend it; for me, it's the best bakery in Chamalières. Their orange juice is especially fresh, you can tell that most of the products are homemade, and you can sense a genuine commitment to quality, complemented by impeccable service.

20/08/2026: Excellent bakery, with stellar quality in both savory and sweet treats. You can dine in or take out. Highly recommended.

07/06/2026: I have a soft spot for this place; I find it very pleasant, especially the back terrace. The food is very good, the service is quick, and I highly recommend it.

23/07/2026: We only had a scoop of ice cream and a coffee, so we didn't try the food. The waitress was friendly, and we were able to chat with her about the heatwave.
