The charcuterie and cheese board, elegantly presented, and the little surprise tastings were a delight for the taste buds. The service was impeccable, the chef was friendly. 16/06/2026: Disgusting, avoid at all costs, appalling service. A scandalous and deeply disappointing experience. The welcome was icy, contemptuous, disrespectful, and shockingly unprofessional. After simply saying hello and asking where I could wash my hands, I received no response, only a haughty and rude attitude before being asked to leave. I have never encountered such deplorable, appalling, and inhospitable behavior in a public establishment. The lack of respect for customers is shocking and unacceptable. This experience leaves the impression of an establishment with catastrophic service, completely unworthy of the minimum standards expected in the restaurant industry. I strongly advise against this place for anyone seeking even a modicum of courtesy, respect, and consideration.

27/06/2026: Hello, I've been ordering Cham Pizza for delivery for a long time. The delivery drivers have always been lovely and very respectful. I wanted to pick up my order from the Cham Pizza truck, but the woman with glasses who works there, who I think is the manager, is very unpleasant. She's always nagging all her employees. She doesn't even say hello or thank you. On the other hand, the other employees are remarkable, and thank you for your hospitality. (Managers who think they're above everyone else need to be re-evaluated.)

11/06/2026: The pizza wasn't great, but the price was reasonable. The ingredients left something to be desired; you wonder if it was real tomato or canned.

07/07/2026: "Run, you fools!" (as Gandalf would say.) The owner's welcome leaves much to be desired. You quickly get the impression you're bothering him; he's unfriendly and almost seems to ignore you. The food is okay, but nothing special. I ordered an Auvergne salad that was literally swimming in vinaigrette: a veritable pool. The ingredients were also very roughly chopped, which wasn't very appetizing. The only real positive is the service: the staff is kind, smiling, and does their best despite everything else. A disappointing experience that doesn't make me want to return.

01/07/2026: This is my second spa treatment season in Royat. We are two couples. We know the CINTRA spa. The welcome is always very friendly. Humor and smiles are always present. The food is good and meets our expectations. I highly recommend this place.

28/06/2026: The service was average and not very pleasant (Sunday at 7:30 am, I can understand). I came to try the flan and pastries. The pain au chocolat and croissant were excellent. The flan was far below my expectations, but the mille-feuille was a real revelation—absolutely delicious. The chocolate éclair was made with very good dark chocolate. I recommend this bakery without hesitation.

27/06/2026: It's hard to deny the quality of this bakery, but the owners' pricing policy is outrageous. Riding the wave of their commercial success, they charge unjustified prices on certain indulgent items like cakes and tarts. As for the pastries, they're flawless: the croissants, pain au chocolat, and Viennese baguettes are excellent. Special mention goes to the chocolate Viennese baguette, a true marvel: I can devour a whole one for breakfast without the slightest guilt. It's undoubtedly one of the best I've ever tasted. Regarding the bread, don't be fooled by the "Label Rouge" flour baguette: it's nothing special. It's just marketing. Opt without hesitation for the traditional baguette, which is a sure thing.
