The food is good, the service is pleasant, and the atmosphere is friendly. What more could you ask for? However, be careful not to eat anything beforehand, because you'll leave feeling very full. Which is a very good thing in itself.

27/06/2026: I discovered this place in May 2025; their dishes were incredibly well-crafted, complete, and generous. This year I'm returning to this town partly for Le Marquis de Royat, which is still just as good. The quality/nutritional balance/price ratio is excellent, with a daily special for under €10. Thank you! The people of Royat are lucky to have you.
