Bombay restaurant sur Lyon

I went there one evening with friends for a pleasant get-together over a nice meal. The time was certainly enjoyable, but I wouldn't say I had a wonderful meal, which seemed to be the general consensus. The appetizers were uninteresting, and some of the dishes were very mediocre (for example, the meatballs were extremely dry). Generally speaking, the meat was never tender. I tried everything, and out of all the choices, only two or three dishes were decent, but nothing special. The price (€20.90) is reasonable considering the portion size, but I would have preferred a much better Indian dish in a normal portion. We won't be back :(

The dishes are varied and very good. There's something for everyone, vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike... We were there for a birthday celebration 🎂. We received a very warm welcome. Perfect for large groups 🥳. Excellent value for money 😉. I highly recommend it 🤩

Looking for an all-you-can-eat Indian restaurant for an evening with friends, we discovered "Bombay Palace" in Old Lyon. The place perfectly captures the theme, the staff are very helpful, and the food is absolutely delicious. An experience we'll definitely be repeating very soon!

Finally, a good Indian restaurant at a reasonable price! The buffet offers a small selection of vegetable and meat dishes, numerous sauces, chapatis, etc. Delicious flavors and a very fair price. In a traditional Indian restaurant, the bill would easily have doubled or even tripled because everything is usually added together (rice, vegetables, meat, raita, naan, etc.). Here, on the contrary, you can try everything, and it's a real treat for lovers of Indian food as well as those unfamiliar with it. The person managing the place that day was very pleasant. A place to discover without hesitation.
