Every dish tasted authentic and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were genuinely kind and attentive. You can truly feel the love and tradition in every bite. If you’re looking for a real Lebanese restaurant with high quality food and exceptional service, this is the place. Highly recommended!

18/04/2026: The only downside was the wait. However, the food was excellent. Everything was made with fresh ingredients, and the hamburger was cooked to a perfect 10/10. The prawns were more like shrimp, but still very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The wife and husband were incredibly welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend it.

08/04/2026: I discovered Le Raj Mahal during a dinner with friends one Sunday evening. We received a very warm welcome from the friendly, smiling, and attentive staff. The meal is served as separate courses, allowing each person to choose their own plate. I really appreciated this approach, as well as the quality of the dishes, which I found delicious and well-prepared. All of this is offered at reasonable prices, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A truly excellent restaurant that I highly recommend, and where I will gladly return.

27/03/2026: The service is simply excellent. The waiter is really kind and attentive. As for the food, whether it's the main dishes or the cheese naan sandwiches, there's no better place in Lyon (in my opinion). You can go there without hesitation. I've been there about six times and I've only had very good experiences!

19/04/2026: Another excellent evening spent at Penjab! It's always a pleasure to eat at this restaurant, whether for their incredibly warm welcome or for the consistently delicious dishes! And of course, let's not forget the mango lassi!

13/04/2026: On our first visit to Lyon, we discovered this restaurant during a tour of Vieux Lyon. What a lucky find! We were immediately impressed by the menu, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and the food was simply fantastic. As a special surprise, the waiter even brought us a delicious vegetarian eggplant appetizer on the house. We will definitely be back!

16/04/2026: A nice little restaurant that doesn't look like much from the outside, but once inside, it reveals all its old-fashioned charm. The menu is full of local specialties, the food is delicious and the portions are generous (you have to be hungry). The staff is very pleasant and helpful; the only downside is the slightly cramped seating. I recommend it.

06/04/2026: You should be curious and take a look upstairs at this traditional Lyonnais restaurant (bouchon), where you'll be pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the service, and the atmosphere. As a family with two young children, we were pampered. Thank you for delighting our taste buds. The setting is perfect. We will definitely be back. Kudos to the team for their warm welcome and responsiveness during our meal.

12/04/2026: This Bouchon was so enjoyable I returned a second time during my short stay in Lyon because I knew it would be another great experience, and it was. They have many gluten free items - labeled with an orange star - which of course helps. It was the overall experience, and delicious food, that brought me back though, and will again, if I am lucky enough to visit Lyon another time.
