If you’re an Indian living in Lyon or simply someone craving genuine Indian cuisine, this place is a must-try. It’s rare to find a restaurant that captures the true essence of Indian cooking so well, and Raj Mahal definitely hits the spot. The service is another big plus.Their hospitality adds so much to the overall experience. Overall, this is easily one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve visited. Highly recommend giving it a try!

06/04/2026: You should be curious and take a look upstairs at this traditional Lyonnais restaurant (bouchon), where you'll be pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the service, and the atmosphere. As a family with two young children, we were pampered. Thank you for delighting our taste buds. The setting is perfect. We will definitely be back. Kudos to the team for their warm welcome and responsiveness during our meal.

10/05/2026: The waiters were very welcoming. The restaurant was full, but they offered us a table on the terrace with our stroller. The food is delicious. We especially loved the macaroni gratin and the crème brûlée! The quenelle was also very good, except for the accompanying rice, which slightly spoiled the experience. The non-alcoholic cocktails are also very good. I recommend this bouchon for a true immersion in Lyonnaise cuisine.
