Bombolo, on rue Oberkampf: one of the best Neapolitan pizzas in the 11th arrondissement. Long-fermented dough, beautifully risen, impeccably baked in a wood-fired oven. My favorite is the Andrea, a perfect balance, the kind of pizza you order without hesitation every time. But what really makes the difference is the wine list: short, carefully curated, very Italian, with some excellent wines by the glass. The recommendations are exceptional: you describe what you like, and the team finds exactly the right bottle, explains the winemaker. A super warm atmosphere, and the service is knowledgeable. I go back every week :)
