Bouch' à Oreil sur Moulins

27/05/2026: The food was excellent, no complaints. However, I waited 45 minutes for a coffee, even after mentioning it three times. In my opinion, this was due to a shift change where the staff hadn't followed the instructions of those who had gone to eat. Luckily, the waiter from the first shift noticed, and despite pointing it out to his colleagues, I continued waiting until he got up from his meal and brought it to me, saying, "It's on the house." Meanwhile, an elderly gentleman who was going to the restroom had his entire meal cleared away before he'd finished. When he returned to his seat, he pointed it out, and the waitress replied rather rudely, "I couldn't have known you were in the restroom." In my opinion, this young woman is far from suited to working in a restaurant. Otherwise, I found the prices a bit high (appetizer/main course/dessert = €50).

17/05/2026: Passing through Moulin. What a pleasant surprise this lovely brasserie was! Friendly welcome, nice atmosphere, and excellent homemade burgers. Generous portions without being excessive, perfectly cooked steak, slightly crispy bun – in short, top-notch. Keep it up!
