As luck would have it, the welcome was fantastic. I was traveling and looking for a place to eat after having a beer at the Iris Pub across the street, and I ended up here. The burger was high quality, made with local ingredients, and I thoroughly enjoyed it on the terrace. Okay, the fries weren't exactly up north, but the burger was delicious. The cherry on top was a complimentary drink before leaving – honestly, it was top-notch, especially with burgers made with local cheeses. I really loved it, I highly recommend it.

Excellent burgers! My son and I ordered a Bougnat and a Volcano, both fantastic, and the fries were excellent too. The waitresses and owner were very professional and welcoming. A wide selection of beers—thanks for the IPA recommendation!

The burgers were good, with quality ingredients and a good overall taste. 👍 However, the requested cooking method wasn't followed, which is a shame for a restaurant specializing in burgers. Another minor drawback: serving water in a pitcher that looks very "cafeteria-like" isn't very pleasant. The water takes on a particular taste because of the container, which isn't great. Overall, a good foundation with good ingredients, but a few details need improvement to make the experience truly outstanding.

Passing through, we were looking for a quick lunch spot. We almost stumbled upon this burger place by chance. We were particularly surprised by the quality of the ingredients, and the flavors were just as good. A very pleasant surprise overall. The service is simple, but the staff is friendly. The atmosphere is that of a fast-food restaurant, perfect for a stopover or a quick lunch.

05/09/2026: I tried Comptoir des Saveurs in Clermont-Ferrand and overall it's a very good place. The concept is all about surprise, since the dishes depend on the day's market offerings. The cuisine is truly refined, the ingredients are expertly prepared, and the restaurant is mindful of allergies and dietary restrictions, which is reassuring. The atmosphere is simple, a bit subdued, and the service was pleasant and professional. However, you sometimes get the impression of finding similar dishes from one visit to the next, even if they are reworked with different ingredients. In short, a reliable choice for quality and dietary needs, but one that might benefit from offering a bit more culinary variety over the seasons or from year to year.

27/07/2026: We chose Boucherie Durif for our wedding (cocktail reception and meal with a brazier) and, honestly, 5 stars aren't enough. Everything was absolutely exceptional, from start to finish. The products were of incredible quality, the cooking perfectly executed, the portions ideal, and the presentation magnificent. Our guests are still talking about it today. We heard repeatedly, "It's the best wedding meal we've ever had." And we completely agree. A huge thank you to Gaëtan and his entire team: Patricia, Mireille, Nadège, and Lilian. You were remarkably kind, professional, and available. You managed not only your catering but also the drinks service and our wedding cake with impeccable organization. Throughout the preparations, you were always attentive, responsive, and offered excellent advice. Thank you for contributing so much to making our wedding day unforgettable. We highly recommend it. PS: The restaurant and the butcher shop are also exceptional! They are outstanding!!
16/07/2026: The meat is insane. The cooked ham is insane. The pâté en croûte is insane. The quick meat sandwiches from the butcher are insane. And what's more, they're really cheap for what they are. In short, insane. Bravo.
