I ordered a St. Honoré with red berries even though they weren't on display (July 6th), and the young pastry chef made it for me right away 😶🤩, wow...🤩🤤😋... Thank you to the young woman and the team... smiling, polite, and friendly. It's not the first time I've been to this "angel"... (the St. Honoré with berries, the lemon meringue tart, and the Tropezienne are all equally delicious), and the service is always excellent... I highly recommend it 😊😉

We came for lunch around 2 pm and had a wonderful time. We ordered a pizza to share, which was really convenient and very reasonably priced. The pizza was delicious, generous, and perfect for two. What struck us most was the friendliness of the staff. Despite the heat, the entire team remained smiling, welcoming, and cheerful. We also saw a gentleman looking for tuna sandwiches. They were out of them in the display case, but the staff took the time to make some especially for him. It's this kind of thoughtful touch that shows they truly do their best to satisfy their customers. Another great thing was the air conditioning; it was really comfortable inside. The atmosphere was calm, pleasant, and conducive to taking your time. We even thought it would be a great place to come and work or study from time to time while enjoying a coffee or a pastry. In short, a very warm welcome, attentive service, a fantastic team, and a lovely setting. We'll gladly return and highly recommend this bakery! 😊

Review 1: The quality of the wholemeal bread is declining compared to previous years. It seems the recipe has changed. The loaves crumble and stick together after slicing. And the service? A smile costs nothing! Review 2: Slight improvement in the quality of the bread. Opt for larger slices for better stability. A responsive and attentive customer service department will certainly make the customer experience warmer. Review 3: This past Saturday, June 27th, I don't know what happened... but I found the team welcoming and dynamic. The quality of the products is getting better and better. Well done! Keep it up.

I am a regular customer and this is a bakery we love; the staff are friendly and the products are of good quality.

The shop window is very nice, but the prices are a bit high compared to a traditional bakery, especially the pastries.

A huge thank you to Laure and Laura! I came at 7:15 pm on Wednesday to buy pizzas, but there was only one left. One of them offered to make me another, so I was able to leave with three more pizzas, even though there were only 15 minutes left before closing time. Thank you so much to them, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend this place. 😃👍

Good variety of pastries but expensive

I stopped by around 4 p.m. for a snack. The decor is typical of the chain, unsurprisingly, with a fairly comprehensive selection, from coffee to light bites. However, looking at the display cases, several products clearly had a stale appearance. Their bread selection is undoubtedly their strong point: there's a good variety, and everyone can find something to their liking, although, personally, I still wish they supported real artisan bakers more. As for the pastries, the cashier told me about a promotion: 4 for €8. I accepted at the time, but once I got home, I realized that I'd been given pastries that were past their expiration date, as the photos show. The honest approach would have been to clearly offer a "waste-free" basket. Given the condition of the goods, this would have been fairer and more transparent for the customer. Another drawback: the brioches are a very mass-produced item, the kind you find in many discount stores. I bought one and simply asked if it could be sliced. The answer was no. Too bad, so I'll have to cut large slices with a knife at home. In the end, it's not a store I'd say to avoid, but one I'd mainly use as a last resort or in an emergency, rather than when I really want to.

Hello, I stopped by today. The bakery was clean, the window display was full and very tempting. I was served by a young saleswoman, and despite it being a bit busy, I was served quickly (4 minutes flat! 👌). I had a café au lait and a white chocolate treat made on-site by the bakers – a real delight! I highly recommend this bakery.

There are promotions, but the staff are very friendly and helpful.
