14/06/2026: A scandalous experience from start to finish. I bought a piece of furniture from IKEA, paying €50 for delivery and €56 for assembly. The furniture was delivered on Wednesday, so far so good. Assembly was scheduled for Saturday, then canceled the day before. I called IKEA, who reassured me and rescheduled an appointment for Monday between noon and 3 p.m. And then, another cancellation. Two appointments canceled for a service already paid for. At this point, it's no longer a minor inconvenience, it's a complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. What's really starting to get on my nerves is this habit that large retailers have of outsourcing everything. Every time, it's the same story: you pay for a service, then you end up dealing with the mistakes, cancellations, and incompetence of service providers who seem incapable of keeping the appointments they themselves set. As a customer, I shouldn't have to deal with the organizational problems between IKEA and its subcontractors. I purchased a service from IKEA, so it's IKEA's responsibility to take responsibility and guarantee that it's carried out correctly. Today, I have a flat-pack piece of furniture taking up space in my home, two canceled appointments, wasted time, frustration, and €56 that was debited from my account even though the service was never performed. Now, things are simple: either I receive a full refund of the €56 assembly fee, or IKEA guarantees me a firm date with the assurance that someone will actually come to my home to assemble the furniture. Because after two consecutive cancellations, apologies and promises are no longer enough. A very bad experience. I'll think twice before paying for IKEA assembly services again.

10/06/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience with IKEA Hénin-Beaumont. I placed my order on June 3rd, and the first available delivery slot was June 10th. I therefore organized my week around this date. The day before the scheduled delivery, IKEA tried to contact me. Worried, I called the store back, and after a 31-minute wait on hold, I was assured that there was no problem with my order and that the next day's delivery was still on. Imagine my surprise when I received a message the following morning informing me that my delivery had been postponed to Saturday. I find this unacceptable, especially after being reassured the day before by customer service. We already pay €40 in delivery fees; the least they could do is properly inform customers and respect the advertised delivery slots. This lack of communication and consideration is very regrettable.

10/06/2026: The staff were more drunk than anything else. Disruptive and rude to their customers and employees. Especially the young intern who did nothing but make fun of everyone and was very impolite to the customers.

10/06/2026: Annoying staff, always drunk. They don't serve customers on time and just make fun of them, especially the little intern who's completely useless except for getting drunk with the bosses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!! The authorities should pay a visit to this establishment...!

29/06/2026: Hello. Yesterday, my husband was working and only had an hour break, so we chose McDonald's over a restaurant because it was supposed to be faster... or so we thought... After a 40-minute wait, our order finally arrived... the second one came 10 minutes later. Many items were missing. The waiter brought us part of it, but we're still waiting for the second part. It was a drink, fries, a dessert, and my son's toy for his meal... The fries were cold, so we didn't even bother exchanging them given how quickly they were served. My husband had ordered a coffee and an ice cream, so after our 40-minute wait, he went back to the endless queue to get them. After 15 minutes, he flagged down someone because there were about ten of us waiting at the counter without a single glance from a member of staff. So we paid for entire meals that we didn't even receive completely! Your restaurant is definitely one to avoid... I find it outrageous! Being in the business myself, I don't understand this lack of consideration! You also need to look into training the staff because I don't know if there was even a manager on the floor. Given the organization there, I highly doubt it, or perhaps they hadn't briefed their team. Nobody really knew what they were supposed to do. They were all completely lost... Only customers had problems during the hour we were there. It was Sunday, June 28th, between 1 pm and 2 pm. I think you lost quite a few customers. Next time, we'll go to the competition; that way, we'll avoid yesterday's fiasco, and at least everyone will be able to eat what they ordered...

29/06/2026: Order placed, but in the end, a milkshake was missing. I ordered three McPops, but none of the flavors matched the order. The car across the street was also missing two drinks. Don't go there in the evening.

23/06/2026: Good evening. We went there this morning. The staff was unpleasant, not a word to me, and they tried to sell me hamburger buns instead of faluches (a type of flatbread). This person seemed more interested in looking the other way than serving their customer. It's really a shame to be treated this way. I won't be going back because basic customer service and politeness are completely absent. So cold... Very disappointed. Sincerely

06/07/2026: I ordered a St. Honoré with red berries even though they weren't on display (July 6th), and the young pastry chef made it for me right away 😶🤩, wow...🤩🤤😋... Thank you to the young woman and the team... smiling, polite, and friendly. It's not the first time I've been to this "angel"... (the St. Honoré with berries, the lemon meringue tart, and the Tropezienne are all equally delicious), and the service is always excellent... I highly recommend it 😊😉

02/07/2026: We came for lunch around 2 pm and had a wonderful time. We ordered a pizza to share, which was really convenient and very reasonably priced. The pizza was delicious, generous, and perfect for two. What struck us most was the friendliness of the staff. Despite the heat, the entire team remained smiling, welcoming, and cheerful. We also saw a gentleman looking for tuna sandwiches. They were out of them in the display case, but the staff took the time to make some especially for him. It's this kind of thoughtful touch that shows they truly do their best to satisfy their customers. Another great thing was the air conditioning; it was really comfortable inside. The atmosphere was calm, pleasant, and conducive to taking your time. We even thought it would be a great place to come and work or study from time to time while enjoying a coffee or a pastry. In short, a very warm welcome, attentive service, a fantastic team, and a lovely setting. We'll gladly return and highly recommend this bakery! 😊
