01/08/2026: Went to Burger King at 11 PM... Over 25 minutes to be served at the drive-thru, even though it wasn't very busy, and no apology from the staff for the delay. Plus, the hamburger I got was no bigger than the palm of my hand... Disappointing.

The fries were piping hot and crispy, and the service was quick. The staff was welcoming. I'll gladly return; I highly recommend it!

But unfortunately, the plates are poorly washed; there's grease underneath them because they're stacked so high it's hard to find a clean one. The glasses are also dirty (full of streaks).

I have a family card, but only the husband can request a refund for a lost credit note (€20)! Even though it was the wife who came to buy and return the item! The wife was unfriendly! Very unhappy, I won't be returning to this store.
14/09/2026: Be careful if you buy plastic crates. They're sold dirty, and when you return them, they tell you they've been used! It's up to me to check the stacked crates before buying.

31/08/2026: It's a disaster; every time we go, they don't have what we ordered. Everything is cold, and we received the ice cream before our meal when it was supposed to be delivered later.

10/06/2026: Annoying staff, always drunk. They don't serve customers on time and just make fun of them, especially the little intern who's completely useless except for getting drunk with the bosses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!! The authorities should pay a visit to this establishment...!
10/06/2026: The staff were more drunk than anything else. Disruptive and rude to their customers and employees. Especially the young intern who did nothing but make fun of everyone and was very impolite to the customers.

21/08/2026: The staff were very pleasant. I had a pain au chocolat and a hot chocolate with my partner, we thoroughly enjoyed it. A little bit of pleasant music would have been nice for the atmosphere.

No customers were there when we arrived, but despite that, the tables weren't cleaned, and don't even get me started on the "cleanliness" of the toilets!
And then the best part: they came to ask us, "Could you tell SHE to stop turning the stool around? We can't hear ourselves talk!" Speaking of my 19-month-old... who was simply playing with a stool that clearly needs a little oil 😊😬 nothing serious!
