Management needs improvement... the team is really small, but thankfully the few people who are there are giving it their all, like Adrien and Tristan. They are truly competent and courageous. Thank you to them.

Major hygiene issues... what's the point of having a code if the toilets aren't cleaned? The urine overflowing from the first toilet was disgusting, and in the second, there was a small nose visible, not to mention the overall condition of the toilet seat and the restrooms in general.
Needs improvement!
It's appalling for a chain store where hygiene should be quite strict, especially since there was time to clean as there were few customers in the restaurant.
So, hygiene procedures and training need to be reviewed!

I just got back from McDonald's in Henin, and the service is a joke! We ordered at the drive-thru, and we were missing a Big Mac. They made me go inside to pay because it wasn't noted on the receipt. Then I waited 15 minutes while everyone else cut in front of me, and the rest of our order was in my car. I had to ask for my Big Mac to be made. It's unacceptable! They didn't even offer any compensation, and the manager didn't bother to come over. There's a serious lack of professionalism, and it's not the first time something has been missing from our order!
