The pastries are tasty, and the staff is friendly. However, I wish they had a greater variety of pastries with more attractive presentation. Despite this, the prices are reasonable, and the "choux d'Ange" I ordered were delicious.

It’s no longer like at the beginning, the quality is lost on the saltiness, too bad 🙁 On the sweet side as well as the bread it's the best, very good value for money 👍

27/12/2023: En 6 mois, l'ambiance est plus tendue. Pour la grillade, le temps d'attente est plus longue mais sympathique( apprendre à être servi tranquillement, c'est une nouvelle génération et apprenons à vivre et apprécier les repas délicieux de chez Flunch) Merci a toute l'équipe.

24/03/2026: An exceptional experience at L’Assiette Champenoise. We celebrated a family birthday there, and everything was perfect from start to finish. Beyond the exquisitely prepared cuisine, we were particularly touched by the warm welcome and the attention to every detail. There's a real sense of elegance, without any pretension. It's also one of the rare establishments of this caliber where everyone is welcomed with the same warmth, regardless of their status or means. Here, what truly matters is the person and the shared experience. Thank you to Chef Arnaud Lallement, Brice Lallement, and the entire team for their kindness. A truly exceptional place, which I highly recommend.
19/01/2026: Everything was perfect. It's a pleasure to stay at L'Assiette Champenoise. The entire team is incredibly attentive.
