Very good service, smiling waitress. But when it came time to pay, the cashier wasn't smiling, etc. A shame.

We arrived at 8:30 PM. There were three servers, and we waited to be seated. The service wasn't very efficient. We ordered the two-course casserole. They brought us the casserole directly, without fries or bread. When we complained, I noticed that the manager, who was very haughty, wasn't happy about it. They brought us a bread basket with only one loaf for two people. Fine. The mussels were good. After the meal, we were asked if we wanted dessert, and frankly, we only voted to leave the restaurant. When it came time to pay, the manager asked if everything was alright, in a tone that didn't reflect the typical atmosphere of the restaurant and its origins. Yes, in Belgium, we're supposed to be welcoming. No gesture, no apology. We left and went to get our dessert at Delarte next door, where we received a warm welcome.

A very good experience, I'd repeat it!

Lunch for two was unfortunately a very long experience… even though we were the first to arrive and there were only four tables for two in total. We chose our dishes in a minute but had to call the waiter to order, ask for a carafe of water, and then ask again for our main courses and desserts. The chicken burger was unfortunately no tastier than McDonald's; a little homemade sauce would really make a difference. The mussels and fries were okay. In short, very slow service for lunch.
