Boulangerie Ange sur Macon

Great bakery, lots of choices, and the pizza is really, really good! The only slight drawback: in the afternoons, after several visits, flies/gnats are on the bread/pastries/pizza. I know it's not easy to get rid of them, but it's rather unappetizing...

A lovely French bakery with a lunch menu. Good selection and moderate prices. They even make an effort if the customer doesn't speak French.

Excellent service this evening! Three smiling, pleasant young women behind the counter! As for the products, I'm never disappointed, always top-notch!!!

Hello, the store is great with a wide range of products, but I have a slight reservation about the evening service. I come here regularly and you get the impression you're bothering them because some people are rushing to close, so they're in a hurry to serve you, sometimes even serving at the same time as you're closed. It's a bit annoying, especially since you arrive at 7 pm and you close at 8 pm. The service isn't great; they want to get rid of you quickly, and it shows. I'm giving it a 5 because I don't like to criticize a store, but it really needs improvement. However, this problem isn't for everyone.

The coffee wasn't very good. The pastries were very good. There weren't many sandwich options for lunch.

Breakfast eaten. Not sure if I received the nasturtiums I ordered. Clean bakery.

Today, July 29th, I encountered an older, unfriendly waitress who made me repeat what I wanted twice—a baguette. I asked, as usual, quite loudly. The other servers gave me what I asked for without any problem. (My ears are clearing up!) At this bakery, you either get lucky or you get unlucky, so from now on I'll go to another one.

The bread and pastries are excellent. They have promotions throughout the year. The pizzas aren't too bad.

I ordered sandwiches and desserts, but they forgot to give me one, although it was included in my bill. I can't go back for it as I was only passing through. Do they have to check the contents now? Disgusted.

The Multifruit Tart was AMAZING 👌
