We regularly come to this bakery and appreciate both the products and the service. But tonight, the two waitresses seemed to have forgotten their smiles. And the young woman who served us had also forgotten her manners; she spoke to me very curtly throughout my order, while I was being polite. If she can't stand being around customers, she should find another job!

There are so many employees, it's always someone new. The waitresses should work fewer hours, half a week for example; it's unacceptable. Otherwise, suggest a psychological evaluation.

We went shopping in Mâcon today, we bought a pizza and some desserts, disappointed by the pizza, only topped in the middle and the edges were missing at least 3cm of topping, and the waitress was unpleasant, rushed through, we prefer our Ange in Chalon-sur-Saône

On our way to our vacation destination, we stopped at this bakery because we recognized the name. We were immediately told off: "Please stand over there to look, not here," "Please respect the Saturday line; this line is for weekdays" (we're not locals). We were informed that they didn't have chicken pizza, or this or that, only what was displayed in the window! And not much of a selection either. In the end, the next person, along with another saleswoman, ordered a chicken pizza, which went into preparation. Were they kidding us? I don't know what was going on that day, but after being happy to take a break, we were very disappointed by the service and the products.

This bakery is truly amazing; I highly recommend it for afternoon coffee and croissants 🥐🥐. Their products are generally high quality, and their baguettes are either white, golden, or toasted. The atmosphere is quite pleasant, with delicious aromas of pastries and lo-fi music. Highly recommended for the whole family.
