I came to this bakery for the first time for an anti-waste package. Superb and welcoming shop. But an employee was in a hurry to "ship" the too good too go orders and asked to validate on our phones to go quickly. As he looked at me I told him that the tab to validate was in gray so impossible, he insisted "try it anyway", I told him that as long as it was in gray it was impossible, he insisted then shrugged his shoulders . Finally another customer looks and it was possible to do it because it "unlocks" a few minutes before since 5 minutes before entering the store I couldn't do it. In short, I collect my order from a very friendly seller and when leaving, this employee who wanted to go quickly, stared at me with a very presumptuous attitude since he was right. So yes he was right But I would still like to say that the attitude of this gentleman was not at all professional, at no time did he say that it was possible to validate a few minutes before no especially since s This was a first for me. I am really surprised by this awkward attitude, under the pretext that he wanted to do it quickly. It was the first time I came, I won't come back anytime soon even if the employee who served me was friendly and smiling, a welcoming and professional attitude but that is not given to everyone to work in commerce. The products are decent, however when people appear in front of the windows and only one person has to serve everyone when the rest of the team is laughing behind them talking about their weekend, the customer is waiting and it's really unpleasant. I do not recommend this place!

We went twice during our visit to Carcassone. Quality products at a reasonable price. I was surprised by the number of customers who came in to take the loaves of bread 6 at a time. I was also grateful that it was the only place open on Easter Monday. The staff, although they did not speak Spanish, made an effort to understand us and serve us well.
