I go very often there are people all the time but my products are very good I recommend this bakery

Before, donuts were well stocked with chocolate. Now it's twice that there is a tiny bit of chocolate in a tiny part of the donut. If I wanted a plain donut I wouldn't get a chocolate one. Disappointed

I tried the mille-feuilles, the fruit tiramisu and the hazelnut chocolate roll: really very good and not excessively sweet. Fair price.

A very pleasant, available and welcoming service. The Flan was delicious. A very nice address that I warmly recommend.

If my first impressions were very positive, on each visit (4 in total) they are revised downwards: very pleasant, the big bread (?) mixtures made from spelt in the cut, nice team...then half a pie of unsliced ​​rye, (for better conservation) because it looked good, well risen (which is rare! I haven't found better in organic Montreuil and Vincennes bakeries!), quite good, but incomplete cooking despite the beautiful color of the the crust: moist crumb, even after three days, therefore obliged to cut large slices to avoid the massacre, the taste would have been clearly improved by real cooking...The promising part of flan in its puffiness would be perfect without its excess sugar (Alas!!) which for me is prohibitive....Finally, just now, half a loaf of Kamut - khorasan - (sliced ​​on site to avoid the same problem) not yet tested, but the crumb is just as sticky and moist as rye, which indicates rapid and insufficient cooking: same impression of "go quickly", served by a JF who sends me off without ceremony: I don't want anything else? So, go ahead, pay! Fissa towards the bank card thing! Facial expression not too nice to support the "factory" effect....In short, I would go back for the choice of organic bread, but with less enthusiasm and smile; AND at the next disappointment, I'll give up: there's (good) organic bread elsewhere too!...Good: I came back twice: einkorn bread, very good, apple turnover, not bad, and Very nice seller! Assessment? it depends on the times, hi hi... ADDED! Here I am absolutely exasperated by the last purchase of this day: half a rye pie: cut in two at home with my super bread knife: ultra hard crust, poorly risen crumb, all damp and STICKY, which marks the blade with its " drools " IN SHORT: bread cooked too hard and in a hurry, crust seized too quickly, the crumb cannot benefit from cooking worthy of the name and - while the other times they were very well risen, this one is quite flat , failed, this pie! You never know what to expect and the quality is definitely too uneven!!! It's complicated if you can't even trust the overall quality of a bakery...I don't know if I would come back, really a shame!!!!!!! (it seems that you take the comments into account???)

Bonjour 👋 Je me suis rendue chez Ange en solo pendant le temps du midi, j'ai été servi par une vendeuse de son prénom Aurore une personne bienveillante qui a prit le temps de me conseiller mon repas de midi j'ai hésiter à prendre une salade 🥗 ou un sandwich au poulet mon choix c'÷est dirige sur le sandwich(excellent, le pain au céréales se marie bien avec la composition ) je me suis régalée. A la fin de mon repas j'ai demandé à Marie(vendeuse) avec le sourire elle à prit le temps de me conseiller dans mon choix de sélection(cappuccino) du sirop de madeleine un délice. Je tenais à vous informer de la bienveillance, réactivité de Aurore et Marie, ainsi que la qualité de vos produits. J'ai passé un bon moment chez Ange. Merci beaucoup 😁 au plaisir de revenir! la prochaine fois je prendrais une salade 🥗.

I would have given 4 stars but unfortunately the price is too high for the products offered... Tartlets for €5.80 where there isn't much on them, a bit of a shame. But above all, traditions do not really hold up over time. Bread dry after a day. In short, disappointing given the prices.

The products are always qualitative, very good and very aesthetic. The service is ok, although a little more sympathy and a smile would be appreciated...
