I'm sorry, but I have to report this; transparency is key for everyone. The Ange bakery (in L'Union) has changed a lot recently. I can't say exactly why, but there's a lack of products, and the staff isn't always welcoming. I've been coming here for years, but that's over. From now on, I'll be going to a competitor.

I've been there two nights in a row for the cream puffs, which are excellent—perfectly golden brown and crispy. The two waitresses are super friendly and very pleasant.

The waitress was very attentive and took her time, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I highly recommend it.
