Le sandwich, bien que basic, est très bon. Il est fait à partir d'une très bonne baguette. Le prix est moins élevé que dans une boulangerie industrielle. En plus, il est possible d'accompagner le sandwich avec des macarons vegan. Ce point est important lorsqu'on a des intolérances alimentaires notamment.

I read in the comments that this bakery should be avoided because everything is frozen...this is surely a mistake!! Having had an introduction to it even though I am not at all in the profession, I can attest to the excellence of the baker's work, his search for good and well-made products, his concern for the selection of products, his ethics, of his desire to transmit. For example, this enthusiast has been keeping his sourdoughs alive for several decades which, apart from the fact that this gives it incredible flavors, is far from common these days.

I had a sandwich (the Mario) and a lemon tartlet… the sandwich is a treat because it’s super original and the tartlet is delicious! The saleswoman was very friendly (which is not the case in all bakeries 😅) It makes me want to try other treats! A very nice discovery, I recommend ++
