Boulangerie B.A. sur Souillac

We were five friends on a cycling trip, and we arrived in a downpour. But once we got to the bakery, our spirits lifted. The welcome was very friendly, and the snacks were excellent. We apologized for getting the floor wet, but no one said anything. We were offered a delicious little brioche, and as we were leaving, the owner brought us two bottles of mineral water for our water bottles. "Sir, we thank you for this thoughtful gesture," he said. Excellent place, I highly recommend it.

Excellent bakery. The service is exemplary: the baker is pleasant, honest, and offers excellent advice. The selection of breads is diverse, including heritage flours and sourdough or yeast-leavened loaves. A covered dining area with restrooms is available, which is a real plus for a break on site.

Fantastic bakery, very pretty with lots of choices! The bread is excellent, it makes you want to buy everything 😄 There were six of us and we had lunch there; everything was delicious. And what's more, the two girls at the counter are incredibly welcoming!

Boulangerie BA was an excellent choice for breakfast. The atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful, perfect for starting the day calmly. The quality of the products is remarkable, especially the bread, which is simply excellent: well-made, flavorful, and with an impeccable texture. Breakfast was very satisfying, with a carefully curated and beautifully presented selection that reflects the bakery's artisanal expertise. A highly recommended spot for those who appreciate good bread and well-prepared breakfasts.

Good bakery, clean, and very friendly, lots of choices.

This is the third year we've shopped at this bakery on our way to our holidays. We can only commend the kindness and helpfulness of all the saleswomen. We particularly enjoyed their creamy flan, and they were kind enough to fetch a freshly made one from the back of the bakery for us. Their sandwiches are excellent, made with quality ingredients. A big thank you for the complimentary brioche, a token of appreciation for our loyalty each time we visit this beautiful region. We will definitely be back; this bakery is well worth the trip!
