An exceptional bakery in the heart of Tarascon. The sandwiches were very good, generously filled with perfectly crusty bread. But our absolute favorite was the fougasse with orange blossom sugar, a delight whose secret they clearly hold. This fougasse deserves to be better known; it's a Tarascon must-try. We barely had a taste before going back to buy a second slice!

Excellent lunch today. A focaccia with delicious spiced marinated zucchini. Chocolate peanut cookie. Pizzas also available. We ate lunch in the shade on the small square.

A bakery where we step back in time, with a real baker in the oven or regularly bringing in his wood... a real baker's wife behind her scales and till, very good quality products but you have to get up early to shop there, which is normal as the quality sells very quickly....

05/08/2026: While on holiday in the area, we had lunch yesterday at this restaurant during our visit to Tarascon. We had a wonderful time. Everything was truly perfect. The owners are so kind and welcoming, which immediately creates a very warm atmosphere during the meal. The food is delicious, fresh, and authentic, and the value for money is undeniable. We will definitely return on our next trip, as this restaurant was a great find for our two sons and ourselves.
