Very nice bakery in the center of Ajaccio. A few tables are available on the terrace, but they quickly fill up during busy times... They have both Corsican specialties, like ambruciata and their delicious chestnut fondant, but also more classic pastries and organic bread. I highly recommend it!

Traditional bakery with very good products.. we tried the sandwiches, the canistrellis and the brousse donuts.. we would have liked to try the cakes but it was too hot 🥵 nothing to say everything was good.. and the saleswomen are professional.. they explain the composition of the products, the production of the flour.. the dogs are lucky they have their own canistrellis

A simple and warm welcome, a varied menu, and a delicious daily special (Cannelloni with Bruccion cheese); all complemented by a very good Corsican white wine by the glass. I highly recommend it. Bonus: Excellent soundtrack (RnB, Soul, Motown) that's both subtle and effective.
