Mr Poujauran makes the best bread in Paris on the sole condition that it is the real thing. I met him in 2010. He had sold his bakery but managed to get his name back. So there is a real and a fake Poujauran and you must not be fooled. Mr Poujauran is the baker of all the great restaurants in Paris My neighbor Tiphaine from the Deux restaurant gives me some regularly and I pay her back at the end of the month....
