Boulangerie Louise Caen sur Caen

Always a pleasure to eat at Café de Caen! Impeccable service and delicious food as usual. Thank you to the whole team!

Always a very warm welcome and excellent service, it's a pleasure. Thank you to our server Lucas for his kindness.

A really lovely restaurant! The servers are very friendly 🥰

A very enjoyable dinner in a peaceful atmosphere. The servers were very kind and friendly. As for the food, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals, especially the cheesecake! We've added this address to our list and will definitely be back! ☺️

We enjoyed a simple well prepared lunch. Excellent service, friendly welcoming. Fast.

An excellent place to eat and leave with a smile! Special mention goes to the croque-monsieur, absolutely superb: crispy, generous, melt-in-your-mouth… in short, the kind of croque that almost deserves a standing ovation. 😋 Pleasant service, friendly atmosphere, and delicious dishes. A real treat, highly recommended!

I've been going to Café de Caen for years, but two times in a row we weren't welcomed and served the same way. I don't know if the waiter has some kind of problem, but he wasn't very pleasant, and yet he never used to speak like that. "Well, do you already know what you're going to have, or will I have to come back?" Both times, it was like that, given that we had just sat down and hadn't even opened the menu yet. Yes, we would have to come back. The salads were much less generous, lots of green salad and not much of the rest. I know it was busy, but the salad wasn't even finished before the waiter wanted to take it away. "Well, is it finished?" Well, no, three-quarters of it was still there. A little disappointed, I'll still go back to see if it's just a one-off, but if I'm treated badly again, it will be the last time.

A pleasant, good-quality dinner at a reasonable price. Arriving at the beginning of service, the atmosphere was calm, with no wait. Paying in cash and not having the exact change, I intended to leave the waiter a tip, but I changed my mind when I saw that the change wasn't correct. Whether it was a mistake or a tip taken discreetly, I don't know, but it slightly marred the end of the meal.

We went there for a latte and a Coke; the coffee was quite good and the service was perfect.

Dinner for two at this brasserie. Very nice setting, very kind and welcoming staff. We had a wonderful meal. Starter, main course, and dessert. Everything was delicious!
