A fantastic time filled with good cheer. It's been a long time since I've had the pleasure of such a cheerful team of servers. Thank you for this wonderful experience. As for the food, it was impeccable. Beautifully presented and truly excellent, the fish was cooked to perfection, and the samphire was a real bonus. We recommend it 200%!

Simply my go-to restaurant in Caen! I recommend it without hesitation... but with your taste buds wide open! 😋 Every visit is a true delight. 07/07/2026: Really good crêperie with a nice vibe. They have been very accommodating us coming in with a buggy and baby etc. Tasty crepe and galettes bear in mind you need to order both to fill up. Tasty cider too!
07/07/2026: Wonderful experience at Joufflu 1er in Caen! The cider was absolutely delicious, the main courses were excellent, and the dessert was just as impressive. Overall, a fantastic culinary experience. highly recommended!

21/07/2026: Excellent food, friendly and discreet servers, a calm atmosphere within the beautiful grounds of Caen Castle. The wait was a little long. We highly recommend it!
20/07/2026: Absolutely fine, except for one small point: the steak knives could use a sharpening to properly enjoy a rare steak. Also, a quick sweep of crumbs would be appreciated on these black tables before enjoying dessert. Regards, BM
