New staff, new sales methods more focused on the customer – that's positive. The products offered are numerous and of good quality. The only downside for the past few weeks has been the aggressive begging at the entrance to the parking lot, where people are constantly being asked for money to enter and exit. It's unappealing and drives customers away.

I came today (Saturday, June 20th) and received a very warm welcome from a lovely young woman who had a big smile despite the heat and my end-of-day exhaustion. A very good customer experience, thank you! 😌

30/08/2026: Never been disappointed, 5 out of 5 for everything. I go all the way from Comines to get it, and yes, when it's good, I'll travel to eat well 😍😍🥰

Finally, good, fresh fries served in generous portions at an attractive price, unlike other chip shops, especially in Tourcoing city center where they're neither fresh nor very expensive. I often go back to Gaiguette's on weekends; it's a real treat for my taste buds... And for those who say they're disappointed with the cooking or that it's expensive, you're finding problems where there aren't any!
