Clafoutis that were undercooked, or even raw. Poorly assembled. Very rarely successful. The recipe seems to be the problem. Only successful products should be presented and sold at full price. Otherwise, the staff is friendly, and the other products are decent.

Today I had an unpleasant experience. The staff didn't pay attention to the order in which customers arrived, and a young woman decided she had priority over everyone else and cut in front of them without even apologizing. Neither did the other staff, for that matter. Furthermore, when it was my turn, I had to ask twice for my bread to be sliced, and the person forgot the extra baguette I had ordered. In short, the customer experience could be much better.

Jade is very smiley and helpful; it's a shame everyone isn't the same. I give her 5 stars 🌟
